The location on the beach was fantastic! Loved the beautiful beach view from the balcony. Lots to do in the area. Panama Beach Pier Park is really nice!

Great accommodations

The condo was perfect for a couple just needing to get away. Could use a little updating in decor, but was still worth the stay. And the price was awesome!!Will definitely look at staying there again.

Room was exactly as listed. Although an older hotel, it felt very retro. Everything on the property is well maintained and after years of coming to PCB, this was the 1st time we didn't have a single issue. We loved the observation roof and also how quick it was to get to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Fontainebleau “Blue”

We enjoyed our stay at the Fontainebleau very much. I’m “Blue” now that we’ve had to come back home. I’ve said for several years that we were going to stay there on our next trip and this year we did! We were very pleased with everything!!!!! Will definitely book to stay there again!!!!!

Pros: not crowded, beautiful views, large half covered pool, clean room, close to various stores and restaurants, beautiful building, friendly staff, the room was decorated really nicely. Cons: drippy pipes overhead, high drop down to the beach from ramp and steps, not alot of parking in the parking lot, construction, traffic during some of the busier hours

Everything was good! They communicated very well about anything and everything you needed to know through texting and calling! It was very clean which is my #1 condition in staying somewhere! It was cute and perfect size for just me and my husband! Definitely recommend it to any couple looking for a short inexpensive get away

The Wi-Fi gave me problems at first it kept buffering. The walk in shower could be cleaned better with some MOLD AND MILDEW SPRAY. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The sound of the ocean put me to sleep every night. I also enjoyed opening the blinds in the morning seeing the beautiful view of sun, sand, and the ocean.

the location of this room is amazing! just steps from the beach and walking distance from plenty of dinner options, putt putt, ice cream, kart racing, souvenir shops, and a donut shop!! i liked how there wasn’t much foot traffic on the 6th floor, so having quiet nights were easy. the view from the window was beautiful as well. my only complaint was the listing described a “big screen tv” and well the tv was only about 35 inches if i had my guess but that was okay because it’s right in front of the bed anyways. also for some reason in the pictures there’s a big beautiful bed frame, but upon arrival noticed there wasn’t one. that’s no big deal though. the only twos issues was 1. the shower water pressure, but the avari team was super communicative and had someone come the next day to fix it! 2. the smoke detector was right outside the bathroom door so after taking a shower whenever you opened the door it would go off due to the steam. no big deal though you would press the button and it’d shut off. overall for the very affordable price this room was very nice! it’s a great place to go for a couples getaway especially if you love to be close enough to walk to your next activity or dinner! we would definitely come back!

Overall great stay

Loved the location and it was as described. Only issue on cleanliness was the floors. Had to wipe feet each time we got in bed because our feet would be black. Wish had been more pots and pans for cooking. Had to go buy some and Toaster did not work. Would definitely go back though!!
