Perfect family getaway

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Very close proximity to beach and pool. The unit was extremely clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable and management team was easy to communicate with. The property was well cared for and clean, and well staffed. We would definitely stay here again!

We used the living room sofa for bed cause the second bedroom was too small for 3 teens. The matters in the main bedroom was excellent! Great sleep.

Perfect for our family

We had a great week at Sterling Shores in this unit. Loved the ease of parking, elevators, and cleanliness. We loved the condo overall and enjoyed the privacy Sterling Shores offered. My only complaint would be that there were only extra sheets provided in the condo, no extra blankets or even throws. Tons of pillows, but no blankets. Other than that, we loved our stay.

The location of our rental and amenities were fine. The master shower was great. The rental itself was ran down. The couch was broken down and uncomfortable for more than one person to sit on. The walls were scuffed quite a bit and the knobs on the dressers kept falling off.

Don’t forget

We only have 4 arm bands in our room . I told them when you called to see if we had everything. You said you was going to bring 2 more so we wouldn’t be charged . You never did so please do not charge me for two arm bands

Our condo was good. The guest bedroom was tiny but we made do. As for the resort, I am appalled that our clean and ready room was available when we arrived at around 12 noon but we were asked to pay 75.00 additional to go ahead and check in. Will you give us 75.00 off if we check out at 6am?? I think NOT. The security guard made a little 4 year old girl cry when he told her she had to get away from the edge of the pool with her chips! No water or drinks near the edge of the pool?... We were served drinks in the pool and then the security person made us get out!!!! Again, appalled. We will not return to your facility. We will tell all of our friends and coworkers about our stay. We love Destin and visit two times a year.
