Wake up each morning and step out to the private balcony for a breath of fresh air and the sound of the tide below. Whipping up a tasty breakfast will be a breeze in the full kitchen and everyone will be dying to slip on their swimsuits and head outside! Bring a new book and some sunscreen and make a day of lounging by the pool or splashing in the waves just steps away. Get a quick workout in each day at the shared fitness facility and use the free WiFi to share the best memories on social media when you come back to home base.



Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For fun for all ages visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not, all within a couple of miles of this vacation rental.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 6 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall the condo was a great place to stay. However, the carpet in the bedrooms was a bit dirty and would make your socks black.

Great location. Queen beds (2nd bedroom and pullout sofa) were VERY uncomfortable. Couch was so dirty and sticky we couldn’t sit on it.

It has its perks but....

The condo was nice, however just a few things that wouldve been less of an inconvenience would be, a pantry for the groceries, more elevators (we used more stairs than we would have liked on vaction Lol)and there was workers working on rooms around us and they would start before 8 and go all day. Which was a bummer if you wanted to nap. But location was great and the ease of booking was nice.

It wasn’t clean and their was mold the vents . We smelled sewage when we arrived . not good !

When we arrived we smelled sewage the bathrooms by the pool had toilet tissue and was nasty . There was Mold in the vents Our condo was not clean dresser was dusty the floors wasn’t swept . I will not rent there again . The mold made us sick and coughing .
