The Space:

This contemporary vacation rental has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. It is adorned with modern art and fixtures and offers many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint glass-top table with seating in the dining area. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player to wind down for the evening or fun movie nights together.

Beach service is included from March until October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

This is our third time me and my 3 kids have stayed at waterscape. We love it here. It takes a lot for me to speak up on any issue. I’m not picky on things. This particular unit… Do not expect to sleep anyone on the couch bed. I’m not over exaggerating when I say you don’t sleep on a couch bed. You sleep on springs. I planned for my 2 older kids to sleep here. I refused because no way could I sleep one night on this. Well I ended up with my youngest and middle child sleeping with me in the bedroom and my oldest just folded the couch up and slept like that. The master bed wasn’t great either. The dip in the bed caused my youngest to continue to roll to my side of the bed all night. Master bathtub does not drain well at all. So I was over it by the time I went bathe. I ended up just showering instead of using the tub like I intended with me and my toddler. It’s just a couple easy things that can make the stay a lot nicer than it was. Again, not one to complain, but knowing the couch bed isn’t useful, I would have got another room. I did report that. Other than that, it was fine!
