Everything was wonderful but the beds were not comfortable. But location, the beach the view everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was me and my cousins for a birthday weekend. We do this several times a year and we absolutely love the place. Just not the beds but upgraded that and we would book yearly! Love coming to gulf shore and have for years! Our family have and had timeshares. So we love this town and the beach. That was the only thing.
We loved our stay here , I gave it a 5 although I seen some minor things I would do differently and we had a hard time with the TV’s , the hot tub was too hot ouch and our unit had nice sturdy furniture although I thought it was time for some steam cleaning on furniture and the drapes at the patio door but I know it has a lot of traffic and overall we loved it , it was quite and organized. We had plenty of towels and etc Thank you so much I hope to get to come again
We had a wonderful time and the check in/check out process was excellent. The communication was awesome as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future!
Clean comfy property on the beach. Cozy decor. Only drawback was a lack of variety of dishware (e.g. casserole dish, Tupperware, large glass bowls for microwave). Would definitely stay here again!
The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was nice and we had a great view. The property as a whole is a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. We thought the "Take a float leave a float" ben in the parking garage is a wonderful idea. The pool and hot tub area was nice and clean. The exterior of the property was a bit of a mess due to construction which we were not made aware of but it wouldn't deter me from renting again.

Excellent location, fantastic views, every convenience you would need away from home. It is a corner unit which was great. We spent a lot of time on the beach ( which was very clean and nice), around the pool area which was also kept clean, and the patio of the unit. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to have some cushions for the patio furniture. My parents, in their 80's, spent a lot of time sitting on the patio. My family is a picky family and we all enjoyed this accommodation and area.
Proximity to the beach was great. Only problem we occurred was no dishwashing soap for dishwasher, no bag liners for trashcan, and lacking kitchen towels. Contacted the managing company and they said they would bring the items, but they never did.

West end condo
Property was clean. Our check-in was 4 arrived around 2 to go ahead and get set up on the beach waited over an hour to speak with someone to make sure my vehicle would not be towed because my parking passes were in the room. Was told would receive 2 passes received only one. Master bedroom balcony overlooked the parking lot instead of the beach. Location was good not too far away from the Hangout and other restaurants and shopping.
we was on the 3rd floor and we saw dolphins and maybe some sharks lol it was beautiful place to be me and my husband bring some family for our 1year wedding anniversary July 28,2023 . we saw some people putting towels over the railing in there room and we did it and we got a not on the door ... the parking spot under the room needs to be bigger it was a tight squeeze in there we had a van and the spot next to us had a truck it was hard to get in there lol.. but the trip was amazing .. thank you have a bless day everyone

Not happy
Was relocated to a different facility because the listing had listed the bed sizes incorrectly. The place was small and would have not fit our needs. There is no way you could put 8 people in this condo, we only had 4 and it would have been very cramped

Property was clean but unit is dated. Had a problem with the HVAC leaking water onto 2nd bedroom carpet called management twice before someone came to look at it. Maintenance looked at it but never came back to fix it. Carpet got so saturated that the 2nd bedroom was unusable.
The place was clean and comfy. Accurate to picture. The view off balcony and living room is beautiful, however there is not a view from rooms. Beach is wonderful, nice size, nice sand. I wouldn’t recommend going July 4th time, so busy, if you do… get up early to stake a spot (like 6am). Towels were not soft… no hair dryer, no ceiling fans My biggest complaint. GET SOME KITCHEN TOOLS. One child size oven mit, no big bowls. No Tupperware, no Baking pan/dish… and there was NO Kuruig. They had one dishwasher tablet for us to use for the stay. No foil, Saran Wrap, zip lock bags, salt/pepper. No cooking tongs… but they had 8,000 cups??
Overall, I give it 4 stars of 5, so easy to fix the little things, hopefully they will.
Upon first impression the place is really cute and clean. I took my mother there for a mother/daughter trip. I insisted she take the large master bedroom and I took the smaller room. Everything seemed perfect until I spent a few minutes in the room and opened the dresser to put a few items of clothing away. The smell of mold was overwhelming and my allergies immediately kicked in. I did not call property management because there was no visible mold. I just took my things back out and put them on top of the dresser. The smell was lessened with the drawers closed. However I had to sleep with the door open and a fan blowing into the room to be able to tolerate the mold/mildew smell. They need to investigate and get rid of the long wicker dresser under the window. The bottom drawers are broken and unusable anyway. I suspect it has been rained on and has mold inside of it. We ended up leaving a day early. I couldn't face another night of not being able to breathe. Otherwise the place is super cute, clean and comfortable. It is a corner unit however, and there is construction going on in the building next door, so we couldn't stand being on the balcony for the noise of concrete saws. Luckily we spent two solid days down on the beach so that part was fantastic. Take your own chairs and umbrella or be prepared to pay $40/day to rent one day or $70 for two days.
