The grounds were well maintained. The door # was not listed on my reservation or any emails that I received. I contacted customer service via the app and also called Avari. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, we gave up and started putting our code into every door. We were finally able to get it. It was the last door on that floor. The pics online were beautiful. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning, including the walls and carpet. The hall bathroom has mold at the top of the shower insert. It looks really bad. If this hasn't been addressed already, I would figure it out quickly before it spreads and/or a leak causes more damage. I did appreciate the very minimal clean up list that was provided. We only had to strip the sheets and Avari did the rest.
