The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the well-maintained “Hanseat I” complex, situated at the end of the Grömitz promenade towards Lensterstrand. The beach is just a few metres away.

You can reach the apartment via stairs or by lift. Once inside the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming, nautical-themed entryway. There’s a closet here with plenty of storage space. Immediately to the right is the bathroom, featuring a toilet, sink, and shower. Next, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Back in the hallway, you’ll find the living area. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and other small kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The living room, furnished in the Grömitz style, features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed, a large table with 4 chairs, and a flat-screen satellite TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available in this apartment. Unwind after an exciting day of holiday on your own balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. Blackout curtains are provided in the apartment.

The complex is located in the first row, directly behind the dike. The spacious promenade, with its many shops and restaurants, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is right outside the door. And so your dog doesn’t miss out, the dog beach isn’t far away either. Because, of course, your dog is welcome to enjoy a well-deserved holiday with you in this apartment. Up to two dogs are welcome here!

Smoking is not permitted inside this holiday rental; please use the balcony for smoking. You can park your car in the designated parking space right next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for general use in the basement for a fee.
