Our "Pferdestall" holiday rental is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and is wheelchair accessible!

You’ll find extra-wide room doors and a floor-to-ceiling shower. Access to the cosy terrace is also easy and step-free.

The apartment is approximately 60 square metres and accommodates 2–4 people. It consists of an open-concept living room with a dining area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers.

The bathrooms are equipped with a towel warmer and a hair dryer—the larger bathroom also features underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with a built-in oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a vacuum cleaner.

The living room and one bedroom each have a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The living room also features a wireless charging station for your cell phone and an Alexa device.
The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains. A high chair and a cot are available upon request. Insect screens are installed on the windows.

Free parking is available right at the holiday rental. Free Wi-Fi.

A maximum of one dog is allowed in our “Pferdestall” holiday rental. (Cost: €7.50 per night)

Other incidental costs:
Local tourism tax: The tourism tax is currently €2.20 per person per day during the high season (April 1–October 31) €2.20 and during the off-season (Nov. 1–March 31) €1.40 per person per day; children under 18 are exempt. (Prices are subject to change by the tourism office). The cost of the Ostseecard must be paid in cash to the property owner upon arrival, if applicable! Accommodation for a maximum of 1 dog is possible (additional cost of 7.50€ per day)
