Clean place. Great view. Toilet in middle bathroom flush handle was broken. The place wouldn’t cool down via the thermostat. The sink filtered water faucet does not work.

This condo was nothing like what was described/pictured online. If you want comfort do NOT rent this unit. There was no comfortable seating inside or on the balcony. All of the chairs were wooden and metal and no lounge chairs for the balcony. There was, however, one comfortable chair in the living room (that doesn’t really help with more than 1 person). There were three bathrooms which I thought would be wonderful and one of the main reasons I took this unit, but when I got there only one of the showers worked. I reached out at least a half a dozen times and asked for someone to come and fix them but that never occurred. Don’t let VRBO’s emails fool you when they say they are right there to help resolve any problems The unit was very dated and definitely needs some update & cleaning. We even found used female products in the floor. Also, the balcony appears to be missing part of the railing, which could be dangerous. The absolute best thing about the entire unit was the security guy Joe. He was extremely friendly & very kind, a definite asset. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Condo was in great location. Kitchen had everything you need including kpod coffee pot as well as regular. Bathrooms are in need of serious updating. I would recommend bringing your own bath towels. Condo could also use a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the use of this condo.

Island Royale #401 was perfect for our family of five! Checkin was easy, access code and go! Checkout even easier, one click online! Condo has inviting costal decor, bathroom and TV in each bedroom, and full kitchen. The beach view is perfect, easy access, and pool/whirlpool access was great after hot day at the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Gulf Shores!

Don’t Want To Leave

Location and amenities were great. A few beach chairs would have been awesome since other places provided them and the cost to rent or buy them was expensive. The only two negatives were that the master bedroom sheets barely fit the bed with the additional padding on the mattress which kept coming off and the bottom shelf in the refrigerator was slightly tilted down letting some items roll out.
