This lakeview condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two flatscreen cable TVs. There is a private balcony with beautiful views where you can enjoy the sunshine. Here at Las Palmas, you'll be mere steps from the complex's outdoor pool, community barbecue and seating, and approximately a quarter-mile up the road from a public access point to the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two covered parking spots.

This condo is perfect for any outdoor enthusiasts because of its close proximity to sport-fishing, parasailing, zip-lining, jet skiing, diving and so much more! Throw on a bathing suit and walk to the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard.
