Don't forget to take the elevator to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, and tennis court. THINGS TO KNOW

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours.
