Delightful condo near the beach & town with WiFi, central AC, full kitchen & W/D

We’re thrilled to hear that everything was great for you, Dedra! It’s wonderful to know you had a fantastic time and found the property clean and accessible. Our team strives to make the experience as seamless as possible, so we’re glad you felt that ease during your stay. We would love to welcome you back to Dauphin Island whenever you’re ready for another getaway!

Sam, I’m glad the condo itself made for a great stay, but arriving without check-in information and then waiting 30 minutes for help is not the easy welcome you deserved. We’re sorry our messages went unanswered while you were at the property. We appreciate you flagging this, and we’ll review how we handled your arrival so the check-in experience gets the same care as the home.

Thank you, Carla, for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that you loved your stay and found the home extremely clean. We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. We understand how important it is to have the right temperature during your stay, and we’re sorry to hear that the A/C didn’t meet your expectations. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll make sure to look into it so future guests can enjoy a more comfortable environment. As for the distance to the beach, we aim to provide accurate information, and we’ll review that to ensure clarity for our guests. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another stay, where we can provide an even better experience.
