Things to Know

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Everything was great, only mild inconvenience was the door was hard to open and lock and our elevator on our floor was not working, condo was nice

Nice location. At no fault of the owners-one of the elevators broke the first day we arrived- which never got repaired for the entire 6 days. On the last day there, another elevator broke. Which left one working elevator. The room was well stocked and great views. The doors going out to the balcony was hard to open, refrigerator took awhile to get cold and the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. We had a great time anyways and made it all work!
