407 was very well updated and very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained. Beach views were amazing from the balcony. It was perfect for my family of four. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the lovely Orange Beach area.

We loved the condo. Fairly large and the furniture and decor was very nice. The beach area was not overly crowded. Location was wonderful. Our only complaint is the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot for 30 minutes the soles of our feet were black. This was also an issue for our family in another condo in same building, so this would be an issue with cleaning company. Aside from this, our visit was wonderful.

Family vacay

Kitchen could have been stocked with more pots and utensils but the rest of the condo was great. Loved not having high rise condos next door which made for less crowded beaches. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t have to contact the manager. Overall great trip. Would stay here again.
