Our Summerchase condo, located on the magnificent shores of the Gulf of Mexico, is a luxuriously appointed, non-smoking, three-bedroom, and two-bath beach front condominium with indoor and outdoor pools. Rather you’re want to stay active fishing, swimming, diving, and snorkeling or spend your day lounging on beautiful sandy beaches; this wonderful location has it all. Perhaps you are a family person in search of a vacation spot your children will enjoy as well. With activities ranging from water parks to amusement parks, your entire family will definitely have a blast.

The views are amazing from this 6th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony.
This smoke free condo, has free WiFi, sleeps 8 comfortably with a King size bed in the master suit which has a sliding glass window to the balcony.The master bath is newly remolded with tile showers. Bedroom 2 as a queen size bed with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Bedroom 3 has two full size beds with flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area has a comfy queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area has table and chairs enough for 6 with kitchen bar with 2 bar chairs. Our 6th floor balcony has table and chairs to relax in and dine outside. This unit is Non smoking with no pets allowed, minimum age to rent 25 yrs old, strictly enforced. During the summer there is a minimum of 7 nights stay.
Comfortable, relaxing and family friendly is what you will get when you stay at Summerchase Unit#606. This security patrolled, gated high-rise is located directly at the intersection of 161 an Perdido Beach Blvd, which puts you right at the heart of all the Orange Beach excitement!

Very Relaxing Week on the Gulf of America

Perfect location

Host, location, & amenities were amazing! Comfy beds, spacious and quick elevators! All the pools and hot tub were great, tons of carts to help move luggage up and down. Covered drive area for unloading. Definitely will be coming back!

The description and pictures were accurate and overall the property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully accessorized with plenty of dishes, cookware, knives, utensils, etc. Shannon was very quick to respond. We would recommend this property and go back again!

Perfect Place On The Beach

Summerchase 606 was great! Condo was nicely decorated and had all amenities needed. Me and my wife and 3 kids had a great time. The beach is not as crowded with no other major large condos around so plenty of beach space to choose from. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous location and amenities. The condo had everything necessary to make it feel like home. Fully equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans. Regular coffee maker and Keurig. Beautiful views from family room and master bedroom. Very spacious!

Perfect for a family getaway

We just got back from a week at this property and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The listing is accurate and the condo was the perfect size for our family trip (4 adults, 2 16 year olds, and a toddler). The property was well maintained and COA staff were friendly. Having an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and kiddie pool along with the beach makes it the perfect place for a family vacation. The condo was well situated on the beach, not crowded, and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The property owner was easy to work with, communicated well and you can tell they really care about their unit and their guest.

We loved our time here. I normally would get a condo in Gulf Shores but I was a little late booking and couldn't find what I wanted there. We loved that the beach was not crowded. My family has decided that they like Orange Beach better. Everything we needed was close. The elevators were fast, so didn't have to wait long. The condo was decorated beautifully and was perfect for my family.

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The communication perhaps could have been better with the property manager. I emailed and texted to get check in information as I had not received that the day prior to arriving. That made me a little nervous as I wondered if I had been scammed, but all was well.

Very Satisfied

Always expect the worst and hope for the best, this time I was very pleased, the unit was very clean, and equipped the right things, maybe one of the rooms was smaller than what it appear on the pictures, we are just gonna blame the camera for that. The actual condo property was a little tight on the parking lot, the gym hours wish they had them open 24hrs or at least open the door maybe 6am not 8am, the elevators were fast but old and had little wet/hot/humid smell to it. Everything else was just right, clean property, location close to restaurant, gift store, pharmacy, groceries

Great Place!

My husband and I brought our four kids (ages 15-9) to Orange Beach for the week. The kids had never been to the Gulf before, but we had been (staying in Gulf Shores). The location of the condo was great. We were able to walk to stores when we needed something and we walked to eat a few times too. Driving to get to other places we wanted to visit was also very easy from the Condo. Fireworks at the Wharf on Monday night was really good - in case you are looking for cheap entertainment!! (Free) The condo itself was just as described. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs during the week. The only thing I would warn future guests - if staying with kids and you aren't sure about trusting them with glass cups - bring your own along. My boys (8 and 9) thankfully did okay with them - but I was nervous everytime I handed them a cup for a drink! ;-) The balcony views are great -the chairs are comfortable - I even caught a couple naps out there through the week. The pools are clean and nice and the beach is amazing! Soft white sand and lots of shells if you are looking for them! I had to communicate with Peggy a couple times during the trip and it was always a pleasant experience! Great communication!

Wonderful stay. Great condo.

Condo was great for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out comfortably and the deck was awesome. Loved sitting out there on the comfy, fancy wooden furniture. Beds incredibly comfy which is a must on vacation! All we needed was the coffee pot (I don’t cook on vacation, lol), but the kitchen was fully stocked. The building is older, but kept up and the condo was all updated and beautifully decorated with that beach vibe. Personally, I liked staying at this building because it was by set off by itself, parking was super easy, and it was quiet. I’d definitely choose this condo again over the others that are so crowded all down the strip.
