The property is in a great location. The entry is a bit confusing and you have to park in a local garage or street parking.

Great location! Walking distance to so many attractions, including Millennium Park and Art Institute. Highly recommended going to Cindy’s Rooftop for brunch or dinner, photo is a pic we took at Cindy’s which is located on the same block as this property.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location was perfect, and the apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nice and spacious, and the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds.Everything was super clean, and the apartment actually looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The whole process was easy and smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was the value. We paid less for this entire apartment than we would have for a single room at an average hotel, and we had so much more space and comfort. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a great deal.

This is a very nice place with all needed amenities provided. Everything was very clean. The location was excellent for our needs. We did not hear the metro or city traffic from the room and slept well. We did not need to strip beds or wash dishes which was very helpful on our tight timeline. Our only complaint was that the wall for one of the bedrooms did not go all the way to the ceiling and the doors on both bedrooms were sliding doors that do not meet each other very closely. One guest was a loud snorer so his sounds were not able to be closed off as well as we hoped. Two things that would be helpful information to future guests are instructions for the air conditioner operation and a note to say that the lock mechanism on the hallway door to the room will lock itself automatically when you exit.

It was very clean and as described/ pictured. The location was absolutely perfect being within a short walk to millennium park, restaurants and stores. The batteries were low in the remote and the host reached out to us around the same time. We received batteries within 10 minutes of letting them know.

Great location, communicative host who answered quickly, easy Check-in/Check-out. The place was stocked well and even had seventh generation soap which helped as someone who is sensitive to stronger scents. Place was clean and wasn't masked with strong scents to cover anything. Be realistic when booking knowing you're booking in the city downtown. We couldn't hear cars or anything which was amazing, but if an ambulance or garbage truck came in the middle of the night (so early Monday morning) you could hear it. I think that is normal and to be expected if you're booking downtown in a major city. The hosts were kind enough to provide noise machines too although we did not use them. The same with occasional scuffs on the walls from previous travelers.Overall I'd definitely recommend this as the place to stay in Chicago and will come back if we need to come to the city.

The location was great for my grandson and my plans for the week. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities and eliminated the need to bring basic supplies. We spent very little time in the apartment which was the plan but would have been comfortable if we'd needed to. The discounted parking was super helpful although the garage had some issues with the automation. Questions were answered quickly by the host and follow-up was consistent. Would recommend for a stay in downtown Chicago.

The property was in an excellent condition. Good amenities and good location. The only down side was there was no mirror in one bedroom or on landing so had to use mirror in other bedroom or bathroom when getting ready. The air con drips on the floor so had to use a bath mat to prevent any trips. Also the filter kept falling out of the tumble dryer.
