This newly updated beach and ocean front property is perfect for large parties. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the home able to sleep up to 21 people with all the pull out couches and futons. There is a large kitchen and deck that are perfect for large parties. Unobstructed views of the beach and ocean are everywhere in the large dining/common area. The beach is only steps away and the convenience cannot be beat. The pictures speak for themselves.

We had a wonderful stay! The property has breathtaking views, a beautiful kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The easy beach access made it perfect for our family. Both the children and grandparents had an amazing time, and we made wonderful memories together. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't recommend this home and the host, John, more! It is literally a perfect layout and location for our family (4 couples 2 grandkids) and John makes renting and using the place easy and seamless!

Excellent beach stay with direct ocean access. Home is wonderful for large families/parties. Very well stocked kitchen and views that will never disappoint. This was or 3rd or 4th year booking and we will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful house perfect for our needs

We had a poker event/ reunion that we have been doing for 20 years now and John’s house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, east experience from check in through check out. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The windows in the family room and kitchen overlook the ocean. The multiple decks were perfect for gathering with family and observing the beautiful scenery. Would definitely love to stay here again!

This home was beautiful. Very clean and great views!! Great location. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels. They were a bit flimsy. Everything else was great!!host was very attentive.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of it being a beach front property at Jersey's best kept secret of a beach town. The groomed beach and hometown feel were just what we were looking for. With it being so close to Atlantic City, it is nice to have the party close by, but not so close that it feels like it is at your door step. The residents and neighbors are so friendly and welcoming that you can't help but fall in love with Brigantine.
