Inside, the villa features authentic Mexican-style décor and colorful accents. The main villa offers two bedrooms and a detached third bedroom that provides its own entrance for added privacy. All bedrooms have en suite bathroom and king beds. The central living area opens to the outdoor terrace for effortless vacationing.

When you’re ready to head out and explore, Villa Carolina is only 3 blocks into downtown and the marina’s fishing charter boats, and less than a mile to Pedregal beach. Feeling adventurous - catch a water taxi at the marina for a fun excursion to Médano Beach or Lover’s Beach.

The Pedregal hillsides host a small colony of stray domestic cats, which may occasionally wander onto villa terraces.

This was an amazing experience for a family vacation. Working with the agency prior to arrival was awesome. They had everything ready for us when we arrived and stayed in contact for our needs. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun relaxing family vacation.

Our family of five enjoyed a week's stay at Villa Carolina. The house was lovely and the staff took good care of us. The location close to town was good for access but can be noisy on weekend nights. We would stay here again....and hope to!

Fun weekend getaway

Amazing property. Beautifully decorated. House is in an excellent location only a few blocks from downtown Cabo yet in a very quiet safe area. Pool area could use some more shade.

Ladies long weekend in Cabo

What an absolutely stunning property! The views and sunrises were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the authentic Mexican decor. And especially loved the concierge service, which we didn't expect. Short walk to town and all that Cabo has to offer. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

This house made us look to buy in the area. Super safe, quiet and amazing views. The one thing not mentioned is the collection of board games. The last night we grilled out, and played cards and board games all night. It was a great ending to our trip. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect! The house, the pool, the beds, everything. Was so nice to be able to text Hector, the concierge, with questions. He was 100% helpful and responded fast. We'll be back!

A beautifully decorated villa with a beautiful view. Swimming pool and spa both luxurious as were all inside/ outside appliances . Location is in gated community: taxi or private car service offered for those, who do not rent a car, need to be developed easier.

Villa Carlolina was a Great Home to spend holiday with family of (6)- Beth was very helpful up front and Angel was perfect Concierge during our stay. Home is very comfy, neat, and clean and location is awesome for walking to explore all of what Cabo has to offer, just far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk. Great view of the ocean and harbor. Outdoor space, pool, and hot tub, all are great. All staff and property manager were great. Top Notch Experience! Thank you All!

Authentic Mexican Paradise

We had a short stay, but think we have found our Cabo destination! From the start our concierge Jorge was in communication with us and was there upon our arrival with Margaritas, Chips, Salsa & a tour of our beautiful Hacienda ! The decor, art, amenities & views were over the top…cheers to the designer/owners, fabulous! My husband just underwent hip replacement so walking was out of the question for him. Jorge made sure we had a driver at all times so we were in town constantly for shopping and dinners. The walk is very short to all the Cabo fun! Cant wait to return !

This house is awesome! It was just perfect for the four of us. Three bedrooms with king size beds. Which by the way we're so comfortable. The house is totally stocked with everything you can imagine. The pool and outside seating is amazing. We had all our meals outside undercovered area. You have a wonderful view of the marina from the pool. We could not have been more pleased from the minute we checked in until the sad day we had to leave. Ruben are concierge was the best! He had Margaritas and chips and salsa waiting for us when we arrived. He made our check in and out seamless. This place is just a gem. The only drawback is all the construction in that neighborhood. We would definitely rent again!!

Villa Carolina Paradise

A group of 6 seasoned travelers rented this villa for a week. The photos on VRBO were accurate but did not do the property justice. It was beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, comfortable seating both inside and out. All the bedrooms were large with well appointed en-suite accommodations. Linens were top notch and all beds were very comfortable. Now for the patio. The pool was wonderful. Our group enjoyed time relaxing in and around the pool. And the true icing on this wonderful property., the newly installed large hot tub. We ended our days in Cabo relaxing with a beverage. I cannot recommend this property and the Cabo Villas staff enough. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Beautiful and clean

Angel and his team were helpful and responsive. The cleaning service was thorough. The massage therapists were AMAZING. The house was clean and well equipped.. Our 20 year old loved the private space off of the main house. Good location, very safe and beautiful views. The one big drawback- unfortunately we were not told about the construction directly across. Wednesday Thursday and Friday there were construction workers with a clear view directly on to the pool deck. This made it weird for my daughter and I to use the pool or sunbathe. We wanted privacy which is why we booked a house instead of a hotel. They were also noisy (equipment etc) which is understandable because they were working.

Wonderful, just like I remembered

We stayed at this property through CaboVillas.com back in 2000 and had a great experience. Cut to this year, we were making last-minute plans to visit Cabo and this listing came up at a reasonable price. My memory of it was so good, we jumped at the chance to stay there again, 22 years later. The communication from CaboVillas.com was exceptional, with welcome margaritas and chips with salsa and a discount for activities. Every point of contact was friendly and helpful, even as we asked for late checkout, they did their best to accommodate. The villa itself is just a few minutes walk up the hill from town, so we strolled into town frequently. We enjoyed the views to the ocean and swam in the pool. The rooms were comfortable and the living area was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfasts. There are plenty of windows with great light. The only downsides were some noise of nearby construction, but that's the nature of Pedregal, it didn't really bother us, since we were out and about during most of it. The only other possible downside was the complexity of their newer shower fixtures. If you did anything besides turn them on or off the right way, they worked. Otherwise, we got cold water when we expected hot, even though we were not doing anything unusual. Other than that, the place was well-updated, perfectly-located, spotless, and very comfortable. I 100% would stay there again next time I stay in Cabo. Hopefully, not another 22 years from now. :)

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful, clean, as described and close to the marina, bars and town. The attention to detail, our concierge Hector, the housekeeper who was so sweet, community security keeping track of the comings and going’s and overall basic necessities made available to us, were awesome. We felt safe and attended to while enjoying our beautiful views and villa. Air conditioning was great, mosquito nets and water purification systems were also a plus. What a great property. Loved Villa Carolina! Great location and a short walk into Cabos. Excellent pool and pool chair beds were comfortable. Beautiful view from pool. We went with another couple and was great that we had our own bathrooms off of our bedrooms. We did have to buy a few nonstick frying pans at Costco as the ones in villa were well used. We did not want for anything else. Very well appointed. Whatever we needed the villa had. Maid service was excellent. On the day we left the maid came early and was hard to pack up when she was stripping the beds etc. Would of preferred she started clean up after we left. Hector our concierge was available to arrange taxis whenever we needed. We did pay for the welcome package with Chef and I highly recommend it! Nik at Los Cabos Villas was great. He was always available to answer questions. We definitely will be back!!!

Perfect in every way!

This property did not disappoint as it was exactly as the pictures portrayed. The home is very clean with lovely furniture and art throughout and a perfect layout for enjoying the wide open space to the pool and view. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything of a very high standard, a great BBQ setup outside all of which made for many enjoyable cooking adventures! We were even able to get a whole Yellow Fin Tuna off the boats which was beyond delicious! The home is perfectly located within Pedregal providing easy walking access to the town and the marina....take the opportunity to walk to the very top of Pedregal for the most amazing perspective of Cabo! Villa Carolina was the best and we will definitely return!

What an amazing place

This Villa was the best, very quite and private. We enjoyed our 30th Wedding Anniversary with the entire family. Easy walk to the local town with great access to almost everything. (Make sure to learn the back way to town, much easier walk.)
