Communication with host was excellent and Jill is so easy to work with and accomodating. Location is perfect and unit includes everything needed for a great stay. Appliances are all newer including washer and dryer.

Location and property were awesome and to host was pleasant and timely with communications. Proximity to the beach and wonderful Ocean views exceeded expectations. The onlyy disappointment was that the pool was not yet operational which was not clear from the listing details.

Jill was extremely responsive and a gracious host. The check in and out process was quick and effortless, and the penthouse, beach view unit was exactly as pictured and described. Jill’s condo is beautiful, spotless and very nicely appointed. It has everything you could possibly need during your stay; including extras like boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs and towels, a Ninja blender, crock pot, etc. The beach is large and uncrowded with powdery white sand and lined with seashells. Should we visit lovely Sanibel Island again we know exactly where we will stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Sanibel Island. The home was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the natural beauty that Sanibel has to offer.The property was well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning surroundings. Landing on this spot for our trip to Sanibel Island was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been better for us- a beautiful walkway led us to the beach within a couple minutes! So perfect that on the Gulf, we could watch the sunrise every morning, and with a short walk towards the lighthouse, we could also see the sunset every evening! The condo itself was extremely comfortable- such a large kitchen, a beautiful family room with a large walk out waterfront patio, and comfortable beds with good pillows and linens…We slept so well! Plenty of space for a family of four and all the amenities you might need while you’re there. Very grateful for the time and thought put into our comfort during our stay.

We loved Jill's condo! The location was excellent. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach was lovely. Water station to rinse off sandy feet and beach items was so handy too. The newly renovated community pool was outstanding. Lots of pool items to use from floats to noodles...we were so thankful to have access to them because we didn't bring our own since we flew down. The condo was great and fit our family of 5. The kitchen was all we needed for a week stay and many meals at the condo. The screened in balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool and the screen kept out the pesky no-see-um flies. There was also a closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. Beach towels and bath towels were also included. So wonderful to have these! Thank you!! :)

The condo was very clean and well taken care of. This is the first place that I have stayed where you don’t have to stop at the store to get the essentials for the week! We had enough coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and salt and pepper and laundry detergent for the whole 8 days that we were there!! I would definitely rent again!
