ESMERALDA Ibizan-style villa for 12 people, near the beach in Cala d'Or
Esmeralda is a very spacious house in a superb location, just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and 600 meters from the cove of Cala Gran. The center of Cala d'Or, approximately 700 meters away, offers a pedestrian zone with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, shops, and boutiques. The renowned international marina of Cala d'Or, with its waterfront restaurants and impressive yachts, is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can also book sailing trips or discover the beauty of the southeast coast from the water on a glass-bottom boat excursion, including the Cala Mondragó Natural Park. Golf enthusiasts will find the Vall d'Or course a 10-minute drive away.
From the entrance, you enter the spacious, bright, and open-plan living/dining area with a well-equipped and modern open-plan kitchen. A standing table with a wine fridge is an ideal meeting point for adults. On this level, there are three bedrooms with direct access to the outside. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An external staircase leads from the garden to the first floor. Here you enter a bright, spacious master bedroom, which offers partial sea views through the semicircular bay window with a bathtub. This level also features two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of these has a small balcony overlooking the pool. From the first floor, a staircase leads to the roof terrace with a fantastic chill-out area
offering sea views. Children should only use this terrace under supervision.
At the front, a spacious garden welcomes guests. Two vehicles can be parked on the side access road. The uniquely shaped pool with built-in steps (7.5 m x 4.7 m x 2.7 m, minimum depth 0.70 m, maximum depth 1.5 m) is located at the rear of the house. On one side of the pool is a covered area with a table and chairs, and a Weber gas grill for enjoying meals al fresco. On the other side of the pool, there is a pergola with a chill-out corner, the perfect place to enjoy long summer days. A utility room with a washing machine is also located at the rear of the house.
The house offers air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.
The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.
