This villa is first unit on the beach, with just a few short steps to the pool from the patio. Its location is best on site.

This is a luxurious condominium in Villa La Estanci. Located on Medano beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa La Estancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.

The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths and furniture has been updated. The bedrooms are all huge and all beds are king beds. The baths are all marble with granite counter tops. Two of the bathrooms have large whirlpool tubs. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the villa and from the huge balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator and a gas grill.

This resort is adjacent to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco resorts and guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use the amenities of those resorts which includes the full-service supermarket, video store, and deli. Both other resorts also have a children's activity center which is available to our guests.

Resort is good in general but there was no hot water for the two days we stayed there and the rooms were cold and even when you adjust thermostat it would not change temperature. Location and property is great but the resort needs to work on its basic systems.

Overall, the property was a very good choice for us. It really is probably the best location on that resort. It was well equipped for our family. The cleaning service that was done Every other day was also very well done. The only negative is we couldn’t get the TVs to work. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great view and location

We have stayed at Estancia before, this place was the best location for our group, right in front of the pool making it super easy with our kids going back and forth and not having to stay down at the pool all day. Wish the AC would have worked a little better since it was pretty hot and humid in Cabo, only would get down to 76 but still felt better than outside, we did not do the all inclusive which is an option so took a trip to Costco just down the road, also ordered some food and drinks poolside which were good.

The location is beautiful and Johana, our concierge, was amazing! She had welcome chips/salsa/guacamole with homemade margaritas when we arrived. She did our grocery shopping, organized a Mexican Fiesta dinner in our room and scheduled our dinner reservations! :) She was so helpful and friendly.

To me this was the best place to be. Everything right out our patio. We had the pool, hot tub, and the beach. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We loved the margaritas with avocado dip and salsa. Paradise in Cabo

The view and location were totally amazing. Our landlord was so responsive and helpful.. it was great if you have kids because it was the bottom floor and there’s grass outside for the kids to play and then go over to the pool as well as play on the beach, I would totally recommend this villa.

Hi Teresa, unfortunately, one of the issues with a very popular rental villa is that sometimes supplies run out. I wish you had reached out and let me know. I would have had the supplies replenished the same day. Additionally, I do have a manager on-site daily to solve such issues. Again I am sorry about the supplies.
