Nothing is more convenient for the family than walking off your patio directly into the expansive pool with a swim-up bar, cozy hot tub, or down to the beach. Great finishes with marble floors and granite counters. Four total beds (2 kings and 2 queens) with two pull out sofas. Four bathrooms. Beautiful resort and room

The unit was very clean, updated, comfortable and location was perfect! Enjoyed the porch with pool and ocean. Just a few steps to the pool. Proximity to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants was great. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time staying at La Estancia. Being on the first floor was awesome. Easy access to the pool and beach. We love the layout of the rooms. We have recommended and will continue to recommend this resort to all of our family and friends.

Excellent location

This was our 4th trip to villa La Estancia and first stay at villa 3103. The location was great. Easy in an out to the pool and beach area . The villa was clean and the housekeeping was top notch. I would highly recommend for a family trip.

Fantastic Location

Great location for families of all sizes! We had ages 3-75 and all had plenty of room to spread out as needed. Pool access is superb! Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for whatever we needed! Plenty of pool supplies as well!

Estancia Stay

Another great time in Cabo - we have stayed at Estancia many times and enjoyed this 3 bdrm unit and the ease of the ground floor unit. Ourselves and another family took our HS graduate daughters on their Senior trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything met our expectations and the unit description is spot on. We’ll be back!

Exceeded expectations !

Absolute perfect location for friends 50th bday celebration! 3 bedroom condo is steps from the pool and ocean (which we swam in everyday). Perilla restaurant poolside has the best drinks and Mexican food choices. Are at the other nice restaurant on our last evening and it was a 4 star experience from start to finish! Super chill and quiet…no music at the pools. No complaints from any of us about the relaxed atmosphere.Will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I love visiting La Estancia. We have gone here for the last 8+ years by ourselves and with our children. It is quiet and absolutely amazing for a relaxing vacation.. which is why we decided to purchase two properties!

What makes this property unique

This unit is a GROUND FLOOR 3 bedroom unit. There are only a handful of these along all of Medano beach. There is nothing more convenient than being on the ground level when you have a family. So easy to walk off your patio to the pool or beach and then walk right back in when the kids get hungry or need to use the restroom. No more waiting on elevators or going up stairs. And if you forgot something - so quick to walk right back to the villa!
