This is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhome located on the east end of the island at 300 Ocean Mile. It has been updated with beautiful coastal decor and furniture. You will also enjoy gulf and pool views from the private deck. The beach is easily accessible from the community boardwalks.
The kitchen and open living area offers comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room complete with a smart TV. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook those gourmet meals, Keurig Coffee maker and a dining table that seats 4. There is a laundry closet with a small washer and dryer located just off the kitchen as well.
The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and private balcony with gulf and bay views. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a large walk-in shower.

This townhome is perfect for a couple or a small family. As guest of the Ocean Mile community, you will have access to two community swimming pools, park style charcoal grills, community beach boardwalks and close proximity to the island bike bath and State Park.
