We love Bald Head Island and staying in this condo on the marsh side was wonderful and peaceful. It’s a great location, convenient to everything the island has to offer. We loved using the canoe in the mornings and looking for the gator! Our dog Cooper was happy to be on a beach vacation too!

The house was great and the property management was quick to respond the the leaking ceiling and wall caused by work that was done in the upstairs unit. My only suggestion would be to provide a hair dryer in the unit.

We had such a great experience on Bald Head Island and the Marsh retreat was a big part of that! We stopped by the market when we first arrived to pickup groceries as the home itself had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and lunches each day. The golf cart was fully charged and ran great the whole time. We enjoyed eating on the screened in and fanned patio overlooking the water and even watched the sunrise one morning since it faces East. We took the kayak out one evening and it was so nice and easy! The communication with the rental team was great, and the home itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. There was one small maintenance issue that occurred but we called and maintenance came and fixed it very quickly! We really enjoyed this stay and look forward to returning to Bald Head Island!
