FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why are you not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs? Our cabin stays busy all year round, often with back to back bookings. Our cleaning team is scheduled and sometimes maintenance activities are scheduled in advance within the 10- 4 pm window in-between guests. We need that time to allow for restocking, cleaning, laundry and ensuring that the home is ready for your arrival.
How far is this location to…? It is located near the fire station (2901 Soco Rd, Maggie Valley), so map distance from there.
Do you offer any discounts? No, we don’t offer special discounts because our pricing is managed regularly and we believe that our pricing is competitive for the amenities and space we offer in this market.
What is the coffee situation? There is a standard 12-cup drip coffee maker in this unit. A starter amount of basic coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, and sweetener are provided for your stay.
Is this location a good place to work? There is private, strong WIFI connection and 2 workstations in bedrooms allow for comfortable remote working. We routinely work from this location with no issues. Cell phone coverage is spotty and it is recommended to use WiFi calling.
Can I get a package delivered to this location? Sometimes packages will be delivered directly to the cabin. However, Amazon and other online retailers sometimes use the local post office to deliver smaller packages. In these cases, packages are delivered to the owner’s locked mailbox and would not be able to be retrieved.
Does the property unit have a pool? What are the pool open & close times? The Twinbrook resort has an indoor heated pool and hot tub that is operated/managed by the resort. It is located toward the entrance of the neighborhood. Access is free of charge. The hours are Sunday-Thursday 9A-5P, Friday/Saturday 9A-9P. During the summer it may stay open until 9P daily.
Is there a grill available? On the side of the cabin, there is a classic charcoal grill (like what you would see in a state park) that is fixed into the ground. You can bring your own grill. There is also a large fire pit (no grill).

About the host

We’re based in the Midwest and love being outdoors year-round - skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the warmer months, and gathering family and friends for long weekends away. Maggie Valley has always been one of our favorite places because it offers something for every season and every age group.
We became hosts because we believe the best memories happen when people are together - around a dinner table, by the fireplace after skiing, or laughing after a full day outside. We’ve set up our condo the way we would want to stay ourselves: comfortable, functional, and ready for real use. We hope you love it as much as we do.
