About the host
Hosted by Mark
I and am proud to be the third owner of this one hundred and five year old property that occupants so enjoy visiting. Ask me about local opportunities to explore things that interest you. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new areas. I also own property and a business in Forks, Washington.
Why they chose this property
I grew up near here and have owned property in the area since 1986. It was exciting to watch the redevelopment of this historic urban area, starting with Washington Street. When I acquired 9 Shorefront Park in 1996, it was one of a dozen of structures in near original design and among the largest homes in the neighborhood. Desire for the nightlife and nature access has made the neighborhood now one of the most sought after and redeveloped in Norwalk.
What makes this property unique
There is nothing else locally available short-term and in this value range.
