This adorable Coco Cabana Condominium is tucked away in a serene South Palm Springs location that sits on five lush acres. Originally a resort hotel from 1955, which was converted to private ownership in the mid-70s, this peaceful mid-century modern enclave is surrounded by beautiful mountain views and palm trees, yet is mere walking distance to amenities, hiking, and public transportation. There's also a large sparkling community pool and a spa on the property, as well as two lighted tennis courts, available for guests. 

This bright and modern contemporary retreat was featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine (Spring, 2022), as well as Modernism Week (2025), and has been renovated to offer everything you could want from a vacation condo for Palm Springs living. It has been decorated in classic mid-century vintage and new retro furnishings without sacrificing modern-day amenities such as free WiFi, a smart TV and a Bose stereo with bluetooth connectivity so you can play your own tunes.

The remodeled kitchen makes meals and cocktail hour drinks a breeze, while a large sliding glass door leads to the patio area where a BBQ await. The primary bedroom has a clean and modern design with a comfortable king-size bed and fine linens ensuring you have a good night's rest after a fun day playing in the sun. Its large closet has enough room to store all your vacation clothing and more.
