Peaceful Reisterstown Visit

Property is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to many restaurants, stores, and other attractions. The home is spacious and bright with all necessary details covered. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice second floor unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and complete kitchen area. TV and Wi-Fi worked greatIt will be important for anyone with pets or family members with mobility issues to know that to access the unit will require a long series of stairs without grip pads or carpeting.Again, it is a quiet area, everything is very nice, and I’m sure we simply overlooked the description. But people were living below us on the first floor of the houseand so it would be important to know that you do not have complete anonymity, or direct access outdoors without using very long stairs.

Great place but…..

I would rate this place a 5 out 5. The house was clean, plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, washcloths and cooking utensils/seasoning. Beautiful views while driving up to the house and close to night life. Plus the owner was available for questions and concerns.

The property is in a beautiful location and very convenient to everything. I found the cleanliness wasn't up to standards. Hair in bathroom, dust on woodwork, dirt under cabinets. We only had 1 kitchen towel, 1 hand towel for 2 people for 4 days, and 1 steak knife. No curtains to keep sun out. It would have been nice if there was a washer & dryer too. Although they did not advertise that. It wasn't terrible but it definitely could have been better. I would not say this was good for senior people or young kids since there is a lot of steps and they are very steep ones. Very hard to carry luggage all the way up those steps.

Disappointed

Bathroom shower was dirty. Only one king bed when listing states two. No extra pillows, blankets, towels. We went and bought extras. Shower had random, half used soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Had to buy body wash. Parking was on the right side of the drive where an older model car sat unmoved for the five days. Tried to reach out to host about some of the issues but never heard back

Hi Pam, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations.Cleanliness & Amenities: We’ve addressed your concerns with our cleaning team and will consider adding shampoo and conditioner in the future.Sleeping Arrangements: The listing specifies one king bed, and we’ll ensure it’s clear. We’ll also add extra blankets and pillows going forward.Communication & Parking: I reached out before and during your stay but haven’t heard back. The parked vehicle did not obstruct access, but we’ll keep guest preferences in mind.Your feedback helps us improve, and we wish you all the best in your travels.
