By reserving this cottage, you agree to the following:

No weddings, parties, or special events permitted.

Maximum of 10 people on the property at ANY time (including visitors). Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Guests use the home and property at their own risk. The owners are not responsible for injuries or for lost or stolen personal items.

Do not move furniture.

No pets allowed due to allergies.

Any damages must be reported during your stay. Unreported damages discovered after checkout will be charged to the credit card on file for repair or replacement.

Quiet hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and able to provide valid identification if requested.

Our cleaning fee covers cleaning — we don’t have checkout chores. We simply ask that you place any overflowing trash in the outdoor bins near the street before departure.
