The room was immaculate as was the entire resort. Everything was as the host advertised and even a little better. The balcony sunrises I’m going to miss. Such a serene setting with a lake view. We were really amazed at how clean the room and entire resort. Westgate staff is top notch and they make you feel valued. We really appreciate the staff as well. They’re all phenomenal. We will be back next year pending availability. As far as negative feedback? I have absolutely nothing to complain about. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay from the price, room, and staff to the location and honest host.

The room differs slightly from the pictures included in the listing. The front door opens into the main living space- sitting area, pull out couch, & half kitchen: two burners, apt sized fridge w/ ice maker!, sink, microwave & the basics for getting through your stay (dish/washer soap, paper towels, cpl packs of laundry detergent, dishes/silverware & basic cookware). Two doors off the main room- one to the bathroom w/ a jetted tub (toilet through another door so it's usable if someone is using the mirror/sink) and another to the bedroom with a king sized bed. There is a connecting door between the living area and the bedroom. Another door off the living room connects to an adjoining room but doesnt lend to much insulation from the noise other guests may generate. This led to some early morning wake ups that were not appreciated by my kiddo sleeping in the living room. We used the pool closest to the main building because it has music and lucked into a a couple of water park bracelets that allowed us to use the lazy river (not included with the rental). We visited the gym twice - clean with all basic needs to allow you to feel you got a decent workout while on vacation.Proximity to the convention center was a solid 15-20 min drive (despite being only 1/2 mile away, that's as the crow flies). Note- there are individual addresses on the buildings that allow for doordash/Lyft to p/u or drop directly at your bldg. Resort staff were all incredibly helpful.
