The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes or appliances used
Put all used linen and towels in Tupperware in bathroom, leave pillows and comforter on bed
Let host know when you have checkout so we can send a cleaner immediately
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not open the door to the outside during high winds! Damages can be in the thousands.
Do not set ANYTHING on the a/c heating unit.
Do not take towels to the pool or beach. Contact the host to add beach / pool towels for a small fee.

Feels like you are at home, but on the beach. We currently own 4 total units on the same floor in this building. We can accommodate 4 - 20 guests at a price that won't break the bank.

What makes this property unique

The best part about these units are the bonus doors that open to a huge, outdoor courtyard that overlooks picnic tables, the pool, beach, and ocean. Amazing view of the summer time fireworks over the water.
