The approximately 63 square metres of living space include a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom. The main terrace faces southwest. The beach is only about 350 m away.<br><br>From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, among other things. The bright living and dining area features a modern sofa. The fireplace provides pleasant warmth, especially during the cooler months. Entertainment is provided by the flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. The dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs, is also located in the living area.<br><br>The bedroom on the ground floor features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, on the ground floor, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a workspace for writing your holiday postcards. The guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor.<br><br>A tiled shower room with underfloor heating is located on the ground floor. A washing machine and a hair dryer are provided. For younger guests, there is a cot in the holiday home. Tiles were chosen for the flooring in the living area and hallway, while laminate flooring was installed in the bedrooms. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths.
