The location
This family-friendly end-of-row house, facing southwest, is located in a nature reserve in Boltenhagen and is only about 250 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

Amenities
The holiday rental, featuring hardwood floors, includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—a living area with a double sofa bed and a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor, another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the upper floor, and a terrace with a view of the greenery.
A fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment, a full-length mirror, a washing machine, and a TV/stereo system complete the interior of the holiday home.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for a fee and subject to availability. A baby bathtub is available in the house. Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) is available free of charge. The holiday home is equipped with exterior shutters and can be expanded to include House 55a upon request.
