The Dorsch holiday rental in the Scholle house is a 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll enter an approximately 70 m² 2-room holiday rental on the mezzanine floor of the Scholle holiday home. Here you’ll find a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a balcony facing the lake and another balcony facing south. The apartment is approximately 10 metres from the beach. A maritime theme characterises the ambiance of every room.

In the living room, the unique style creates a cosy atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious living experience. A comfortable fold-out sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) provides sleeping space for two additional guests. A flat-screen TV is, of course, also included. Curtains are provided for blackout. A door leads from the living room to the balcony, which faces the lake. This balcony provides access to the property’s garden. Children, in particular, will love the boat moored there.

You can reach the bedroom via the hallway. Here, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. There’s plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe in the spacious closet. A second flat-screen TV is available. Here, too, the windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.

Directly from the hallway, you’ll enter the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing meals. It features a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Meals can be enjoyed in a cosy dining area. From the hallway, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Here you can also use the electric grill (tabletop grill).

The stylish bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. There is also a guest bathroom.

The floor in the holiday rental is covered with designer flooring, and underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A free outdoor parking space (No. 2) is included with the apartment and is located directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (without making the beds).

This holiday home features six two-room holiday apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and suitable for both family holidays and relaxing getaways for two. All holiday apartments feature a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth during the colder months.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south.

A fully equipped kitchen is standard. Kitchen amenities include, for example, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The building is very well equipped with Wi-Fi, an lift, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or outdoor car park. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
