Villa Son Jordi with Pool & Direct Access to the Beach in Costa de los Pinos

In the property of Villa Son Jordi you can enjoy the sunset not only from the pool terrace, but also from the sandy beach of Costa de los Pinos, which you can reach directly from your property. Always decide spontaneously if you want to refresh yourself in the 12m x 8m pool or in the Mediterranean Sea. The 7000 sqm large outdoor area is equipped with comfortable seating on the covered terrace as well as a summer kitchen with a bricked grill and wood stove.



In five bedrooms, each with two single beds, you can recover from adventurous holiday experiences. Four of them are located on the ground floor with access to the garden. Of the three bathrooms, two are equipped with bathtub, one of them en-suite, and one with shower on the upper floor. A large number of large windows and the terrace door overlooking the sea make the living room bright and friendly. It is furnished with a sofa, two stools, fireplace, flat screen TV and a grand piano. The adjoining wooden dining table allows you to enjoy a hearty breakfast even when on holiday. The Majorcan style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and another dining table for four people. On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with adjoining balcony.



The east of Mallorca is known for its pine coast with azure sea and colourful Mediterranean surroundings. Besides small romantic bays you will find long white sandy beaches and water sports in the waves of the Mediterranean Sea. Beginners as well as experienced golfers can visit the 18-hole course Son Servera, which is surrounded by olive, pine and carob trees.



Visit the former escape or defence tower from the 13th century and immerse yourself in Mallorca's history. The Torre de Canyamel was built to protect the islanders from pirates. You can also reach the associated museum after only 20 minutes drive by rental car. There are also three parking spaces, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and underfloor heating for the winter months.
