The spacious 130m² vacation home "Villa Abril" is located in in the Natural Park of Mondragó, only 800 metres from the beaches of S'amarador and Mondragó. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available. Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden, sun in the open and closed terraces, swim in the pool, or cook on the grill, all private features. The home is just a 10 minute (5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the waterfront. The home is 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the Platja de Santanyi, a beautiful beach surrounded by rock formations, and just 17 minutes (12 km) away from the stunning turquoise waters of the Calo des Maro beach. Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the area in the Parc Natural de Mondrago, just a 22 minute (17 km) drive by car. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the beautifully presented 18-hole Vall d'Or Golf Club just 26 minutes (20 km) by car from the property. The Santanyi area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the beautiful mountainous and coastal landscape. There are also many hiking trails in the area. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 50 minute (52 km) drive from the home.

Una gran estancia al lado de magníficas playas ðe fácil acceso a pie

Pros: La casa es ɓonita de una sola planta, renovada con magníficos baños y con todos los utensilios necesarios. La piscina cómoda al lado del porche. En definitiva una casa bonita y muy cómoda y una gran ubicación

Neu renoviertes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus wurde frisch renoviert und deshalb sind fast alle Möbel neu. Ganz toll sind die neuen Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer, Kleiderschränke und begehbaren Kleiderschränke sind gross. Bis zum nächsten Dorf sind es 10 Autominuten, aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig und ganz nah am Naturpark und am Strand. Der Hausherr hat sich umgehend um unsere Fragen gekümmert und wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Nicht wie gehofft

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht hatte es stark geregnet. Leider ist die Finka nicht wasserdicht, sodass das Wohnzimmer morgens unter Wasser stand und auch Wasser in den Stromkasten gelaufen ist. Daraufhin andauernd Stromausfall. Der Pool wurde in 10 Tagen nur einmal gereinigt, deswegen war er schon sehr dreckig. Da wir unseren Sohn dabei hatten (1Jahr) waren diese ganzen Punkte ein wirkliches Problem. Kommunikation lief nur über WhatsApp und Google Translator. Wir sind leider enttäuscht worden…

Hallo Henrik, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns zu hören, dass Ihnen die Lage der Finca gefallen hat. Hinsichtlich Ihrer Anmerkungen haben wir Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber gehalten. Dass die Arbeiten auf einer Baustelle neben der Anlage wieder aufgenommen wurden, ist richtig, hier hat Ihnen Joaquin nach eigener Aussage einen Umzug angeboten mit entsprechender Rückerstattung, wenn es Ihren Aufenthalt zu sehr beeinträchtigen würde. Ebenso hat er einen Großteil des Mobiliars und auch den Grill ausgetauscht, um den Standard der Immobilie zu erhöhen. Bedauerlicherweise kam es durch ein extremes Unwetter während ihres Aufenthalts zu heftigen Regenfällen, die Überschwemmungen, nicht nur in Ihrer Unterkunft, sondern in der gesamten Region zur Folge hatten und auch die örtliche Stromversorgung in Mitleidenschaft gezogen haben. Hier wurden allerdings am folgenden Morgen die notwendigen Reparaturmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Wir bitten, diesen Umstand zu entschuldigen. Der Pool wurde dabei auch überschwemmt und er wurde zweimal gereinigt in Ihrem Zeitraum. Wir bedauern wie gesagt, dass das schlechte Wetter teilweise Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Bei Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten steht Ihnen auch unser internationales Beratung-Team zur Seite. sehr Erholsamer Urlaub für uns und unserer Hunde

Pros: Das Haus ist mit den Bildern die zur Zeit im Internet nicht mehr zu vergleichen. der Vermieter hat umfangreiche modernisierungen durchgeführt. Dieses hat zu einem noch besseren Wohngefühl geführt. laut Aussage des Vermieters werden weitere Modernisierungen noch durchgeführt. auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend. es gab zur Begrüßung Leckerlis für unsere Hunde und für uns eine leckere Flasche Wein auch der weitere Service klappte hervorragend,Poolreinigung sowie Reinigung des Hauses. Also sehr zu Empfehlen.sehr Wichtig zu Erwähnen die Badebucht einfach Traumhaft,nur 700 meter von unserem Haus entfernt, sehr gut für Kinder. 👌👍
