Schönes Stadthaus, ruhig und doch mittendrin

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Santanyi, das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Erholung auf der Dachterrasse, Ruhe im Garten/Patio, Abkühlung im Schwimmbad und großzügige Räume und Schlafzimmer mit allem Komfort. Wir kommen wieder!

Authenticity, luxury and nice weather

Authenticity, luxury and nice weather are the ingredients we need for a top holiday. In casa Luna in Santanyi we found it all. The house is great and the best materials are being used. The swimming pool is small but to have one in the middle of the city is a luxury. The bedrooms are spacious and provided with good beds and linnen. Bathrooms again are great. The house is also very nicely decorated so we felt immediately at home. So to cut a long story short: absolutely amazing house. Nevertheless we missed the airco in the high season. Especially the room in the back of the house was very hot, probably also due to the lower ceiling. Santanyi is a very nice city with a couple of very good restaurants as well. Especially on the market days on Wednesday and Saturday it is crowded. On the plaza Major is some nice activity during the evenings with often live music. We were very happy to be here in the week of St Jaume (17-30 July) because the meant a lot of festivities. Surrounding is also nice with some beautiful beaches nearby (Lombard, Santanyi, Mondrago). We also went for a day trip to the North and we visited Soller, Palma and Inca. We love Mallaorca and casa Luna!

Ein Bijou im Zentrum von Santanyì

Von aussen unscheinbar ist Casa Luna innen ein liebevoll mit mallorquinischem Sandstein auf den modernsten Stand gebrachtes Stadthaus mit grosszügigen Räumen. Der kuschelige Patio mit Pool und gedecktem Bereich bietet maximale Privatsphäre. Obwohl Casa Luna mit drei Schlafzimmern und grosszügigen Badezimmern für sechs Personen Platz bietet, bewohnten wir es im Dezember/Januar "nur" zu zweit und hatten dadurch sehr viel Platz. Der Empfang im Haus durch die Betreuerin Barbara war sehr herzlich, selbst das "San Miguel" Bier im Kühlschrank fehlte nicht. Das Haus war durch die Fussbodenheizung angenehm vorgeheizt. Die Betreuung stimmte vom Anfang bis zum Schluss, und wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Santanyì. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir Dorfplatz, Restaurants, Markt und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Unseren Mietwagen brauchten wir nur für grössere Einkäufe im Supermarkt. Da wir mehrheitlich am Markt einkauften und selbst kochten, kam uns die vollständig ausgerüstete und top moderne Küche sehr entgegen. Die ländliche Umgebung erlaubt ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und wunderschöne Jogging Routen. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz an sehr zentraler Lage im traumhaften Ort Santanyì - wir können es bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!
