If you are planning your next holiday to the southern area of france, stay in our beautiful two bedroom apartment located in the charming town of collioure. We supply all that you need so you can feel comfortable while away from home. Features include your own separate entrance, fully furnished rooms, working kitchen and two bedrooms plus pull out couch with space to accommodate 4-6 people. All linens for the beds are supplied.

Each bedroom has a double bed with high quality linen and comfy mattresses and pillows. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. Upon request we can supply a playpen/crib for a baby.

The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, stove top, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, dishes, glassware, utensils & cutlery.

The recently renovated washroom has a full tub with shower, heated towel rack and storage area. Towels are included.

Other extras complimentary wi-fi, a colour tv with 100s of stations, dvd with movies, electric heaters, fans, iron with board, hair dryer, beach chairs & umbrella.

Cleaning is included with the rental price.

Our convenient location is ideally situated within walking distance to great restaurants, local bars, artisan's shops and only steps away from the beaches of the mediterranean.

Explore the area with so much to do and see or just enjoy the beach and the lovely sunny days. Collioure is perfect for a family holiday, adventure seekers, historians, avid travellers, food & wine enthusiasts or simply a quiet, romantic getaway.

My second visit to the chateau and hope it won't be my last.Because of the proximity to St Vincent beach we just went out with our towels. Wonderful. And that ledge at the chuch wall FABULOUS SUN TRAP on a windy day.Great food and drink metres away.Communication with Kim was great.

The appartment is perfectly located and has a nice atmosphere in the old building. The kitchen equipment is a little bit poor but many restaurants are very close. I would come back again if we will come to Collioure again.

The apartment is wonderful, very home like. Everything you might need is provided. The instructions for arrival/departure are perfect. Our host was very responsive when we had a question upon arrival. We would love to return to this space. Wish we had more time.

Excellent communication with host. Directions to the property, once in Colliour, excellent. Marred only by the state of the kitchen unit which need attention and the number of small somewhat dangerous steps. This property is not suitable for even the slightly disabled. Het is een heel mooi plekje in het mooie collioure. We hebben ervan genoten. Zelf inchecken ging prima, communicatie verliep goed, ziet er uit als op de foto's. Fijn dat we wat strandspullen konden gebruiken.

Appartement charmant très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté de l'église Notre Dame des Anges. On aperçoit même la mer de la chambre! L'appartement est confortable et charmant dans une grosse bâtisse avec son entrée individuelle directement depuis une petite rue piétonne. Il y a des commerces à proximité comme le carrefour city à 5 min et de nombreux restaurants. La propriétaire Kim est très disponible en cas de questions. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment near the sea

Wonderfully located, clean, and spacious apartment near the sea and beaches, market and shops. I look for good beds, good shower, good location. This had all three. We had a few minor issues and were able to immediately get in touch with the host and have them quickly addressed, which is really the best you can expect. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might not find everything you're accustomed to having, but the kitchen has all the basics, plus a dishwasher!

Sunny days in Collioure

Perfect location, short distance to everything, specially the beach. In warm days like we had, it was perfect with thick walls to keep the heat out and a nice breeze inside. Kitchen weare could have been refreshed, a bit old and weary. We had a wonderful long week, will certainly be back:). Smiles from us Norwegians:):):)

Par endroits dans les chambres, murs dėcrėpis, portes des chambres qui ne fermaient pas, plus de rideau å la fenêtre du salon, ni de tringle sauf un support, deux vieilles bougies consumėes dans deux verres dont un cassė, dans une chambre un bac anti-humidité rempli d'eau croupie, vitres très sales,dans l'espace cuisine, dessus de hotte grasse, grille-pain rouillė, placards pas rangės, poussière sur les meubles, livres et DVD uniquement en anglais. Le ménage est pourtant compris dans le prix de la location... Ce gite à obtenu l'excellence en 2017, mais depuis ça s'est dėgradė... Seul point positif : l'emplacement qui permet de tout faire å pied dans Collioures.

Fantastic Location

Although the weather didn't cooperate, it was cold, rainy and windy, we had a great time in Collioure. I can't believe we stayed in such an interesting apartment. It was right by the sea and we went to sleep every night with the sound of the waves hitting the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable, and had a great location that was close to many nice places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Collioure.

We are Canadians who love the French life. We plan to retire to Collioure but in the interim are willing to share our beautiful apartment in the times that we are not there ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We stumbled across Collioure by accident and fell in the love with the town immediately. The history and culture, the simple pace of life and the food and wine just made this the perfect place for us.

We are excited to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

The Chateau de la Rocasse is from the 1850s making the structure very special. We love the unique apartment and all it's conveniences. Being located right on the water and across from the church makes opening the front door a lovely experience each and every day.

We love the proximity to everything in the town. Right outside the door are the quaint streets filled with restaurants and artist's boutiques and you never have to drive anywhere. We love strolling down the main street, along with seaside each morning and enjoying the sunny skies and the incredible views of the mountains.
