The inviting living room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that bring in natural light. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, and a compact pool table adds a fun spot for friendly games.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The nearby dining table provides space to gather and enjoy meals together, and families will appreciate the added convenience of a high chair and Pack ’n Play.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and are conveniently located on the main level. The bathroom includes a relaxing jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Smokies.
Outside, enjoy the private patio with seating and a BBQ grill, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is permitted in the driveway.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
