Great central location! 5 minute walk to the heart of multiple neighborhoods - Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Columbia Waterfront District, Gowanus, and Park Slope.
10 min walk to the F/G trains giving quick access to both Manhattan and north and south Brooklyn
The building is next to the elevated BQE. (See photos) Large trucks can cause some vibrations. *Light sleepers beware.* A real NYC experience!
