This perfect villa features 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds all with foam mattresses and high quality linens.. Each room comes with wall mounted flatscreen TV and ciling fans. All BR's have private baths with the master having a steam shower and the recroom BR with a sauna! The home has an upper dip pool on the main floor spilling over to the main pool below which has a separate hot tub spa.The kids have a pool table, ping pong table and 400 video game table in their own recroom on the 1sr floor. Beautiful sectional seating is everywhere indoors and out. There is an authentic TIKI Bar with gas grill and fridge,b evo gas grill upstairs on the kitchen main floor with a kitchen equipped with Viking gas stove and subzero fridge. There is a 150' dock leading to the waterway with another refrigerator and covered outdoor seating with fish cleaning station and Kayaks! You will not find another home on this level. This is our personal home and we have thought of absolutely everything to give your family a one of a kind vacation!
