That’s why we’re pleased to offer you “The Fine Wine by Grandeur”: a newly renovated and tastefully furnished 40-square-meter, two-room apartment on the 3rd floor, featuring state-of-the-art amenities: <br>- Smart TV with Netflix; <br>- Comfortable and luxurious box-spring bed; <br>- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (espresso, black coffee, cappuccino) and electric kettle; <br>- Private washing machine in your bathroom; <br>- Children’s playground on the property. <br><br><br>The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the city: a 2-minute walk to the Friedrichshafen Central Station; a 4-minute walk to the Friedrichshafen bus station; an 8-minute walk to the Lake Constance promenade; and a 3-minute walk to the car hire office. There are numerous restaurants and cafés within walking distance, a 3-minute walk to Bakery Kloos, and a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.<br><br>We believe that rewarding experiences bring joy and relaxation and ensure a fulfilling holiday.
