About this accommodation<br>Welcome to the “Swabian Sea”!<br>Our new maisonette-style holiday apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Constance.<br><br>The apartment features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a bright bathroom with natural light and a shower, and a living room with a sleeper sofa on the upper level.<br>The balcony, bathed in morning sun, is a wonderful place to start your day. A bakery is located about 300 metres away.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you!<br><br>Additional important information<br>NEW starting in 2023 – Friedrichshafen tourist tax and Echt Bodensee Card<br><br>As an overnight guest, you will be required to pay the Friedrichshafen tourist tax starting in 2023.
