Welcome to My Luxe Retreats. We want you to feel at home during your stay while helping us maintain a comfortable environment for you and our neighbors.

• Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation/lease may occupy the property. Please contact us in advance regarding additional overnight guests.

• No parties or events: Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activity are not permitted.

• No smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment or building.

• Quiet hours: Please be considerate of neighbors and other residents, particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

• Pets: Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly units and require prior approval. Applicable pet fees must be paid before arrival.

• Parking: Free street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. The property also has a narrow driveway; guests are responsible for determining whether their vehicle can safely fit.

• No mail or package deliveries: Please do not use the property to receive mail or packages during your stay.

• Property access: Do not share keys, entry codes, or building-access information with anyone who is not a registered guest.

• Maintenance: Please report maintenance concerns promptly so our team can address them. Guests should not attempt repairs or hire outside vendors without authorization.

• Safety: Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon-monoxide detectors, locks, cameras located in permitted exterior/common areas, or other safety equipment.

• Furnishings: Please do not remove furniture, appliances, linens, or household items from the property or substantially rearrange furniture without approval.

• Longer stays: Guests must comply with the terms of their lease or rental agreement, including any applicable notice requirements.
