A spacious 1 bedroom/1bath completely furnished, well appointed loft apt. (900 sq.ft.) located in heart of lower Manhattan's buzzy Tribeca neighborhood . Within walking distance to Greenwich Village, Financial district, Soho, LES, Chinatown & Chelsea. Historic 19th century landmark area is lower Manhattan's premier filmmaking centre, with much resident celeb spotting. Tribeca is an area of NY not permitted to be altered or changed by the NY landmarks commission. A unique look into another era that should be enjoyed by walking along the wide, foot friendly old cobblestone streets and 19th century buildings. Nearby public metro. We can book up to 2 months and still have some available dates from Aug on. Calendar may not be up to date so please message us with in/out dates, any date flexibility and some more specifics about you and your visit. Apt is cleaned/sanitized before arrivals. Family friendly area with express subway/taxis on next block, 10 min.to midtown, quick access to museums, theatre, shopping. Surrounded by world class restaurants, art galleries and upscale retail shopping. Grocery stores nearby.Note: No smoking, pets, parties or unaccompanied minors.
