Villa Casa Rosina close to Beach with Pool & Wi-Fi
Located on the shores of the Algarve, Villa Casa Rosina is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in the sun. This beautiful villa consists of a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, and a baby bed and highchair on request.
Start your days with a lovely breakfast on your private balcony. Then head down to your private garden and soak up some morning sun on one of the many sun loungers as you relax beside your private pool. In the evenings, you can enjoy a delicious dinner on your private terrace prepared on your grill.
The fantastic location will leave you wanting for nothing. You can walk to diverse markets, cafés, bars, and restaurants in only 6 minutes (600 m). Walk just 6 minutes (500 m) and you are already at the nearest beach. Or drive down the coast just 10 minutes (4 km) and find dozens more. And as you drive, don’t forget to stop at the many observation decks to admire the stunning views of the cliffs and the sea. If you would like to do some sport, you can take a trip to the nearby driving range in only 10 minutes by car (4 km).
Parking is available at the property as well as on the street. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Perfect Home for 2 Families
This was a lovely vacation home for our 2 families of 4, plus Grandma. It is a large clean house and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed having dinner on the large outdoor dining table and having cocktail hour by the pool. You can walk through the lovely town to get to the beach and restaurants. I didn't want to leave. Kerstin, our property manager was lovely and helpful. This is a 5 star vacation rental!

Avaliação boa mas podia melhorar
Piscina -não limpa, pgt extra de aquecimento, n estava descrito site, colocado uma temperatura baixa que não se aproveitou, o valor extra devia ter sido devolvido
Devem ter em atenção o check in pois no check out mta confusão a incluírem pessoas que não estavam para cobrarem extras
Entrada na casa na ausência do grupo, incluso abrirem porta c grupo sem um telefonema prévio

Ficamos satisfeitos por saber que gostou da sua estadia e gostou do alojamento. Após conversarmos com Kerstin, podemos comentar sobre os pontos que mencionou. A piscina é limpa regularmente e foi aquecida na noite anterior, como nos pediu. Infelizmente, um dia não é suficiente para que água fique completamente aquecida. Kerstin tentou contactá-lo antes da sua chegada, infelizmente sem sucesso. Por lei, há que registar todos os hóspedes que ficam num alojamento e, se necessário, pagar por taxas extras, a qual foi recusada por si. O aquecedor portátil foi entregue imediatamente quando solicitado. Uma vez que não pôde ser contactado para combinarmos sobre à entrega e não estava ninguém na casa, o aquecedor foi-lhe fornecido para utilizar imediatamente no seu regresso.
