Perfect for holidays with family or friends, or for golf enthusiasts, the house combines comfort, space and relaxation in a peaceful and pleasant setting.

Outside, enjoy a large south-facing terrace with a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Portuguese sun. Settle down on the sun loungers, share a meal on the barbecue and savour unforgettable moments in a friendly atmosphere.

Inside, the villa offers:

- 4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms, two of which have terraces (all bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels)

Ideally located, you are close to beaches, restaurants and local activities, whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the villa.

The centre of Ferragudo, a charming fishing village, is just a 2-minute drive away and close to beautiful beaches (Praia da Rocha, Benagil, etc.)

The nearest beach is just 3.6 km away (Praia da Angrinha).

The villa is also situated close to three supermarkets (LIDL, CONTINENTE and ALDI), a delicious bakery called CROCANTE, and a McDonald’s.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the ‘Gramacho Golf Resort’ course, 4.5 km away, or the Vale da Pinta course, 4.9 km away.

The villa is 4.7 km from the Slide & Splash Water Park.

A tennis court, football pitch and basketball court are just 150 metres from the villa.

Fabulous Villa

Lovely spacious villa with great pool & outside eating area. Pool table is an added bonus for keeping everyone entertained. Short drive to supermarkets & restaurants. We’d definitely stay again & recommend it to others

Family Holiday

Fantastic clean and spacious villa for a family holiday - met all our needs travelling as a party of 9 with 5 teenagers. Great size pool with lovely grounds and outdoor cooking area. Was exactly as it showed in photos. Melanie our host was very efficient, reliable and accommodating and we had no issues in arriving at and checking out of property. Had to rely on taxis as we did not hire a car, however fares were reasonable for getting to Portimao and is an easy walk for those who are able. Also just a short walk to lovely village Ferragudo which has great bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering booking this villa.

Beautiful villa but a lot of stress noise in the area

Fantastic villa and lovely garden with the largest and longest pool we have experienced so far. We had good communication with the owner and were allowed on the departure date to stay in the garden until 1pm while there was cleaning as we had a late flight home. There was construction of new houses right up the villa and a few houses away, live music every day starting late afternoon and ending late evening. There were a lot of dogs in the area that barked all evening and night. So we would not call it a quiet residential area and can only recommend that you inform the tenant that there is construction right next to the home so that you can assess whether you think the price is ok and want to spend a week's holiday on a lot of stressful noise.

Wow just got back and already looking ahead to 2020 and rebooking!!!

7 of us spent the last two weeks in this fantastic villa. The photos really don’t do it justice. Everything about it was superb, kitchen had everything you could wish for. Good sized fridge/freezer was more than adequate for the obligatory big shop. There is air conditioning throughout the property and the bedrooms are superbly presented, all being of a good size and two with fantastic balconies. The pool table kept the boys entertained when the weather got too hot and they needed some chill time. The swimming pool area is fantastic, with extremely comfortable loungers and umbrellas providing the ideal way to spend lazy days. The ample bbq ensured we ate in most nights. The villa is situated in a residential area and whilst I’d say a car is essential there are very reliable taxis to get you into and out of the local towns. Ferragudo is close by with a good selection of restaurants and the beaches of Praia de Rocha are only a 30 mins drive away. It’s possible to walk into Ferragudo but it’s not an easy walk in the heat - takes about 25 mins. There’s a LIDL close by which is very reasonably priced and ensures you can remain stocked up on all those important provisions. Interaction with the owner Melanie was really good and provided a useful detailed pack. The local transfer company struggled to find the property for some of our party even when providing GPS details - its worth mentioning its near the Estadio Municipal De Bela Vista in Parchal. 10 out of 10 in all respects from everyone in our party and no hesitation in recommending.

Zeer ruim huis, schoon, heel mooi zwembad. Van de pooltafel hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Enige minpunt was de bouw van het huis erachter, een aantal momenten wat last van het lawaai gehad.Een huis waar we zeker terug zouden willen komen

I would like to clarify that following your resquest for cancellation following the postponement of the Praia da Rocha festival, and not for cancellation of your flight, a week before your arrival ! I still offered to postpone your stay to another date, and you refused. I did my best, and I am sorry if it did not suit you. Furthermore, I do not recommend these young people under any circunstances.

Férias com formigas e sem privacidade

Não aconselho a estadia nesta moradia, pois na reserva certificamo-nos acerca da limpeza da casa devido a fase de pandemia que atravessamos, e foi-nos dito que todos os puxadores estariam desinfectados, aquando a nossa chegada os móveis da cozinha estavam marcados de sujidade, além das formigas por toda a casa ( casas de banho, cozinha - em cima das bancadas ). Depois de 1 semana bem passada ( 2 casais mais 5 crianças ) a piscina começou a ficar com a água verde e os fatos de banho verdes e os miúdos doentes. O proprietário foi informado sobre esta situação, telefonicamente quando o próprio nos disse que as crianças estariam na piscina até muito tarde e muitas horas, e por esse motivo podiam estar doentes. Reparamos que no 1 andar na zona exterior existiam câmaras que nos estavam a filmar, pois só assim, encontrando-se o proprietário em França, este conseguiria saber dos nossos horários. Confirmou-se pelas suas palavras que estaríamos a ser vigiados, pois a piscina necessitou de levar água, informamos o Sr. e como não nos foi dito nada, colocamos uma mangueira para repor a água, quando recebemos um telefonema do proprietário, a pedir-nos para fechar a água, e que pelas suas palavras iria pagar muita água. Desta forma, confirmamos que estávamos a ser vigiados e Deparamo-nos que estávamos sem qualquer tipo de privacidade. Desta forma, na segunda semana optamos por não usufruir da piscina, pois dito pelo hospital, as crianças estavam com uma otite externa devido a uma bateria existente na água da piscina, pois só fazíamos piscina e nada mais. E com a invasão de privacidade a que fomos submetidos, não utilizamos mais a zona exterior. Foram umas férias, em família, para esquecer. A não voltar com certeza a esta casa !!!!

Volto para você após seu comentário, que me surpreendeu muito. em relação à limpeza, nunca tivemos um feedback negativo sobre este assunto. Além disso, devido à pandemia, a governanta se ofereceu para limpar todas as maçanetas com álcool. Se, no entanto, houve uma violação, peço desculpas. relativamente à piscina, e como o jardineiro lhe indicou, o verde da água é da sua responsabilidade. Na verdade, você usou protetor solar em quantidade, sem ter entrado no chuveiro. O jardineiro também nos disse que havia uma camada de graxa na superfície da piscina e também em todo o ladrilho . Lembro que por isso o jardineiro veio 5 vezes na semana, isso nunca aconteceu com outros clientes ! Isso também explica por que o fato de banho de sua filha ficou verde. Em 3 anos de aluguer, nunca tivemos problemas com a piscina. Além disso, recordo que danificou duas capas de edredão que não podem ser recuperadas devido aos protetores solares. O jardineiro também fez o teste da piscina na sua presença, que deu negativo. Portanto, se seu filho teve uma infecção de ouvido, certamente não é devido à água da piscina! Em relação às câmeras, vocês foram informados que existiam porque estão mencionadas no contrato de aluguel. Só os usamos quando há um problema com os clientes, então o que aconteceu com você. Por outro lado, uma pergunta me chama! Para clientes que parecem insatisfeitos, por que você me pediu para ficar mais um dia? Além disso, estou indignado por ter oferecido este dia.

Vacanciers satisfaits

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable au sein de la villa. La maison est propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Elle est aussi très bien située : à 5 minutes de la plage et 15 minutes de la magnifique praia da Rocha. Les commerces sont également accessibles à 5 minutes en voiture. La ville de Portimão est très sympa à faire. Petits plus de la villa : une piscine grande et profonde et le billard. Séjour à refaire avec plaisir.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la villa est fonctionnelle même si le ménage dans son ensemble avant notre arrivée n’était pas tout à fait réalisé.Nous l’avons signalé à la propriétaire qui en a tenu compte et je comprends car elle n’est pas sur place pour contrôler. Je recommande cette location, Commerce Lidl et boulangerie Crocante à 5mn en voiture. Le quartier est résidentiel mais bruyant car il y a beaucoup de chien dans le voisinage et le terrain collé à la villa était en travaux ( engins de construction en activité dès 8h). La piscine est grande et profonde parfait pour passer d’agréable vacances. Vous pouvez réserver sans problème la propriétaire est avenante et disponible. La ville de Portimão et Feragudo sont très charmante.
