Airconditiong for hot summer days and heat for chilly nights. The screened in front porh is ideal for relaxing, reading, games and meals. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Bring the kyaks to Menemsha pond and enjoy paddling adventures. Bask in the wonderful sunsets of Menemsha Harbor. Access to Lucy Vinvent beach with a purchased beach pass.
