Check-In Instructions
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
When you arrive:
1. Park to the left of the fence.
2. Enter through the gate.
3. The studio door will be on your right.
4. Use your entry code to unlock the door.
Your entry code will expire at 1:00 PM on checkout day.

We keep things simple but ask guests to respect the space so it remains enjoyable for everyone.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – Please be mindful of neighbors.
Cleanliness
Please keep the space tidy and leave it as you found it.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
Smoking is allowed on the patio only.
Smoking inside will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Pet Policy
We love hosting guests with pets! Please review these important guidelines:
Pet Fee: $75 (required and non-negotiable)
The fee is automatically included when pets are added to your booking.
Pet Guidelines
• Pets must be fully house-trained
• No pets on furniture (beds, couches, chairs)
• Do not leave pets unattended for long periods
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage + $100 damage fee
• Please manage barking and noise out of respect for neighbors
• Clean up after your pet when using the yard
The large fenced backyard is perfect for letting your pup run and enjoy the space responsibly.

Before leaving, please take a moment to:
• Place used towels in the hamper
• Load or clean dishes used during your stay
• Dispose of all trash in the bin
• Make up the bed

Late Checkout
Late checkout may be available based on availability.
Late Checkout Fee: $75
Allows checkout until 2:00 PM
Guests staying more than 1 hour past checkout (1:00 PM) without approval will automatically be charged a late checkout fee.
