We rent out our house for the duration of a longer holiday to guests who would like to water our garden in the summer while staying close to the sights of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg. The house has approximately 130 square metres of living space and is part of the well-known Fritz Schuhmacher housing estate. The housing estate was built in the 1920s to give city dwellers the opportunity to grow their own food in their gardens. The house has a large living room, a kitchen-diner, a bathroom, and a hallway on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is a children’s room with a bed and another room with a sofa bed. The attic room is not available to guests for safety reasons. The finished basement features a bedroom and a large bathroom.<br>The nearby Raakmoor (a forest with moorland) is perfect for walks. The Langenhorn-Markt shopping centre offers a variety of shopping options. The subway takes you to city centre Hamburg in half an hour. The house is located in Hamburg’s Langenhorn area, far enough from the airport to avoid noise disturbances (about 5 km). There are swimming lakes and plenty of nature nearby.
